Machining, a pivotal process in material removal through mechanical precision, is integral to modern manufacturing. At our state-of-the-art machining workshop, we harness the power of the CAD/CAM system for seamless CNC machine programming. The transition from part geometry in the CAD system to the CAM system is automatic, enabling machinists to select optimal machining methods on a virtual display. Once a method is chosen, the CAD/CAM system generates CNC code, typically G code, which is then input into the CNC machine's controller for precise machining operations.
