Has been focusing on providing customers with a full range of solutions for precision mould parts, and specializing in the manufacture of non-standard parts such as precision mould cores, cavities, complex inserts, carbide products, etc., which are widely used in the cosmetic/medical packaging, automotive parts, hardware and plastic industry, precision automation machinery and lithium battery industries.
After more than ten years of continuous innovation and enterprising, BG has mature manufacturing process and manufacturing capacity, which can meet the customer′s customized demand for non-standard precision spare parts of different shapes, materials, and applications in different industries. Our factory has advanced production equipment, including Japan′s Seibu/Sodick W-EDM, Sodick AD32LS, Mazak Quick Turn 200L, Taiwan′s high-precision coreless grinder and ID/OD grinder, Japan′s Nikon altimeter and Nikon projector, Switzerland′s TRIMOS altimeter, Japan′s Tokyo Precision Cylindricity Detector, Japan′s Mitutoyo universal ruler, etc., which ensure that we can do high-precision, high-quality spare parts and components, processing precision.
The highest machining accuracy can reach ± 0.001mm, coaxiality ± 0.002mm, true roundness ± 0.001mm, arc tolerance ± 0.015mm, ID and OD 0.007mm parts, can also do mirror polishing Ra0.05~ Ra0.2.
