Machining, shorthand for mechanical precision machining, is a sophisticated process of material removal using advanced techniques. In our cutting-edge workshop, we employ a state-of-the-art CAD/CAM system that facilitates seamless programming of CNC machine tools. This system transforms the part's geometry from CAD to CAM, empowering the mechanist to select the most efficient machining methods through a virtual interface. Once chosen, the CAD/CAM system auto-generates the necessary CNC code, typically G code, which is then input into the CNC machine's controller to execute highly precise machining operations.
