Customers simply provide 2D or 3D design drawings and our engineers can create CAD designs and produce precision punches in strict accordance with the design requirements. Customized drawings can ensure that the punch geometry and critical dimensional accuracy meet the design requirements.

• Tolerance customization

We can customize punches according to the precision tolerances required by customers. For example, the tolerance of punch diameter can be controlled at ±0.005mm, the roughness of end face can reach Ra 0.4μm, and the tolerance of positioning hole diameter can be ±0.002mm.
